After researching, we were unable to locate the building code adoption ordinance.
We contacted Chris Chiesl, St. Johns Community Development Director, who stated, "We use the same adopted codes as the county." Apache County PLRB Profile.
Apache County, AZ adopts the following codes:
- The International Building Code, 2015 edition, including Appendix C (Group U). Apache County, AZ County Code § 1A (adoption and amendments).
- The International Residential Code, 2015 edition, including Appendices G and H. Apache County, AZ County Code § 1B (adoption and amendments).
- The International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 edition. Apache County, AZ County Code § 1H (adoption and amendments).
